Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the Ontario Government has asked all non-essential businesses to close their doors for a minimum 14 day period, potentially longer. In order to minimize community spread and to protect our staff we will be adhering to these rules and completely closing our offices until, at least, the 8th of April.
We still have a small team working from home to assist you with any urgent or immediate problems. If you require assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message on the office phone and someone will get back to you as soon as they can!

Yesterday we posted the following information regarding the COVID-19 crisis. This morning the government of Ontario declared a state of emergency forcing us to make a few minor changes. In doing our part to keep our community and staff as healthy as possible we will no longer be opening our physical office to the public. Our staff will still be available during regular business hours to help with all of your travel needs, but in order to meet the demands of the government we will only be available via phone or email at this time. We will follow up with more details when the situation changes.

We are trying to do our part in keeping our community as healthy as possible. We are practicing continuous sanitation in the office by wiping down all high-touch areas. Hand sanitizer readily available for all clients and staff. If you have travelled internationally in the last 14 days or are showing any symptoms, we ask that you refrain from coming into the office and rather contact us via phone or email instead.
We’re confident the travel industry will return to normal in due time. For the time being, we recommend seeking out the facts, washing your hands, and turning to us, your travel advisors, for guidance.
