The Ontario Government recently announced that the province will be moving into Stage One of the reopening plan as of tomorrow (Friday June 11, 2021). With this news, our offices will officially be allowed to reopen to the public once again, however with reduced capacity.
We are so excited to get back into the office and continue to help you with your travel needs! All of our offices will remain on limited hours from Monday to Friday from 10AM-3PM until later stages are announced!
The federal government also shared Wednesday that it is aiming to allow fully vaccinated Canadians to travel outside of the country without quarantining for two weeks as early as July. Fully vaccinated Canadians would not have to stay in quarantine hotels upon their return to Canada either.
Canadian Minister Patty Hajdu did mention however, there will still be a testing requirements at first and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs of Canada Dominic LeBlanc added that the first phase would apply to Canadian citizens, permanent residents and workers, but not inbound tourists yet. More details are sure to be announced in the coming weeks, but nonetheless this is some positive news towards safely restarting travel!

Following today’s extension of the stay at home order for Ontario, our offices will remain closed to the public until at least June 3, 2021. As of April 8th, 2021 – our offices will be once again closed to the public for 4 weeks due to the most recent Stay at Home Order from the Ontario government. Due to the government lockdown currently in effect, we wanted to provide a quick update on our business hours. Our staff will still be available from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 3PM via phone and email only for all of your travel needs. However, our physical offices will be closed to the public for walk-in appointments for the duration of the lockdown, currently poised to last until at least February 11, 2021.

COVID-19 UPDATE – 05/19/2020 REVISION:
We now have at least one member of our staff back in each of our offices to answer phones calls. Our hours will be Monday to Friday from 10AM to 3 PM. We hope this will help to speed up our response time to better serve you. We will still be closed to walk-ins until further notice. Our offices are now closed, but we’re still available!
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the Ontario Government has asked all non-essential businesses to close their doors for a minimum 14 day period, potentially longer. In order to minimize community spread and to protect our staff we will be adhering to these rules. Our offices will be completely closing our offices until further notice.

COVID-19 UPDATE – 03/17/2020 REVISION:
Yesterday we posted the following information regarding the COVID-19 crisis. This morning the government of Ontario declared a state of emergency forcing us to make a few minor changes. In doing our part to keep our community and staff as healthy as possible we will no longer be opening our physical office to the public. Our staff will still be available during regular business hours to help with all of your travel needs, but in order to meet the demands of the government we will only be available via phone or email at this time. We will follow up with more details when the situation changes.
