As of January 1, 2004 a new Privacy Act came into place. The Federal Privacy Act – Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), dictates that we must have consent of our customers that will allow Kemp Travel to retain personal and travel information on file and use the next time that customer travels. In addition, Kempt Travel must obtain customers’ permission to send travel news, updates, customer evenings, specials and any form of promotional materials related to customers’ travel preferences.

From time to time we may contact registered customers with travel specials. If a customer prefers not to receive this information and wishes to opt-out from our mailing list, they will be asked to simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and put remove in the subject line. We will use all reasonable efforts to protect customers’ anonymity.
Customers can use our website without divulging any personally identifiable information including their email address. Our website does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis, such as when registering at our website, requesting a brochure or video, or accessing our online booking services. Kemp Travel uses such information collected to improve and customize the content customers see, to provide the products, services or membership benefits that customers request, and to contact them about special promotions and new products.
