Cristie joined Kemp Travel Group in April 2023, specializing in Meetings, Conferences, and Incentive trips. She works remotely from our Bowmanville office and brings over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, including roles in Marketing, Business Development, and M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Having worked for one of the top travel consortia in the US and Canada, Cristie has been instrumental in planning and executing a wide variety of events and incentive trips worldwide. From small regional events for 25-50 attendees to large corporate conferences with over 1,000 participants, her expertise lies in experiential incentive trips and retreats for 50-150 attendees. Cristie is known for her passion, personal touch, and meticulous attention to detail, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Cristie has travelled extensively, exploring every province in Canada (including the Northwest Territories), the US (including Hawaii and Alaska), Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Tanzania, China, Singapore, Indochina, Japan, Tahiti, and Dubai. She has experienced a variety of travel modes, including cruises, riverboats, trains, planes, and even dog sledding!
