Louise works in our Bowmanville office and has been in the travel industry for 30 years. If you’re looking to book a cruise, Louise is our resident expert, with more than 20 cruises under her belt. She has extensively traveled across Europe, Alaska, the Caribbean, Canada, and New England. Growing up, Louise lived in Africa for two years, giving her unique insight into planning safaris.

Louise has a passion for booking unforgettable vacations and once-in-a-lifetime trips, including African Safaris, River Cruising, and European Coach tours. In recent years, she has embarked on a Viking River Cruise from Budapest to Nuremberg and an adventurous Un-Cruise trip through the Pacific Northwest, departing from Seattle. This journey included hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. In 2023, Louise enjoyed an Oceania Cruise exploring Athens, Turkey, and Greece. Most recently, she returned from a Princess Cruise that took her through the stunning French, Spanish, and Italian Riviera.

Looking ahead, Louise is excited to set sail with Holland America on a two-week cruise in South America next year.

Louise holds a Master Cruise Counsellor certification from CLIA and has earned numerous other certifications, including Royal Caribbean Expert Plus, Princess Commodore, Disney College of Knowledge, Un-Cruise Adventures Certified Adventurist, Viking River Cruise Specialist, Uniworld River Cruise Specialist, Celebrity Cruiselines Expert, Regent Seven Seas Certification, Silver Seas Specialist, and Trafalgar Specialist.
