Join us on Thursday October 10th, from 6:30 – 8 PM for an evening of travel at our Bowmanville Office – located at 17 King Street East, Bowmanville. Our guest speaker Dan Busby is a member of the Antarctica Expedition team with Hurtigruten Cruises. Dan will discuss his experiences as an Expedition Leader in Antarctica and other parts of the world including Norway, Alaska and Iceland. Dan was born and raised in small towns of the Canadian prairies and now lives in central Canada. During his 30 years as a wildlife biologist with Canada’s national government, he worked on a wide variety of research and conservation activities, including the effects of toxic chemicals on birds, population monitoring, avian diseases, environmental assessment, species at risk and the effect of wind power developments on birds. 

We will also be joined by Kristin Erz of Hurtigruten Cruises to learn more about expedition style cruising in other parts of the world. Kemp Travel staff will  be on hand to help with booking travel and to help answer any questions you might have. There will also be booking specials and refreshments available to those in attendance.
